Important Exercises:

To apply the concepts from this module we suggest that you go through these quick exercises related to the market readiness process:

  1. List your company core values and have people from outside of your initial market determine if they apply universally. Explore how to adapt them to be more universally applicable

  2. Analyze your early adopters in your initial market (or international markets you are already in). Evaluate whether there is a global community of people with similar interests and values to uncover potential Community Cultures to tap into
